Proper drainage helps mitigate damage caused by water pooling. Prolonged water exposure increases the rate at which sealer deteriorates. Once the sealer is gone, water will begin to penetrate the surface of your asphalt and reduce the strength of the base layers underneath.

Catch basin repair consists of cutting a perimeter around the catch basin & removing any damaged asphalt or concrete. In most cases, damage to the catch basin can be fixed by adjusting the ring below the catch basin grate. After the grate is reset, the surrounding asphalt or concrete is replaced to ensure water drains properly towards the catch basin.
